WSCAC Board Services for Members:
• Maintains Resource Files containing information and evaluations of presenters
provided by members.
• Provides a copy of Presenters’ Rosters with identifying information.
• Provides an opportunity during General meetings for members to request
suggestions for programs.
• Provides an opportunity at the General Meetings for members to share
information about presentations that have taken place at their schools.
• Receives and displays all pamphlets from presenters at the October General
Meeting.
• Creates and emails copies of the Calendar and minutes to each membership
after the General Meetings. The Calendar provides dates for upcoming preview
opportunities of presentations in members’ schools and communities
• Offers the opportunity for members to block book a presenter.
